Cast Iron Cooking
We showed how to clean, restore, season, and maintain cast-iron cookware. We dispeled long held myths about cast iron cooking. Attendees learn edthe ins and outs of versatile cooking in cast iron in Food4Hope’s cast-iron cooking workshop, including recipes for thick cut steaks, biscuits, bread and cobbler!

Foods from Around the World series: Italian Cuisine
Participants learned to make, eat, enjoy, and take some home. They learned how to properly cook pasta, how to choose an olive oil, what makes true Italian cuisine and more! Hands-on! Ravioli, meatballs, polenta, ricotta ciambelle. Mangia!
